Will this completely heal my relationship with my body?
Your body image healing & food freedom journey is one that takes a lot more learning and healing than can be offered in a course! That being said, this program is designed to answer all your big questions and give you a solid foundation for getting unstuck from fear of weight gain so you can move forward and heal your body image. After working through this course, you will be feeling more comfortable in and accepting of your body, but ultimately it will set the stage for the deeper work that you will need to continue to do.

No! I have my clients work through my signature Fear to Freedom program, which is a 5-month intensive healing program. The Body Image Reset is not designed to be a replacement for individual medical or mental health advice, but rather it is the framework in which you can start or continue your journey to body image healing and food freedom.
