Brittany Allison, RD

I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in intuitive eating and body image healing. I work with driven and passionate individuals who want more for themselves than to feel like food and body thoughts are taking up all their mental energy. Breaking up with dieting can feel really scary, but it is without a doubt one of the most courageous and empowering things you can do for yourself, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
