I've been there on January 1 feeling disappointed in myself for not 'doing better' over the holidays and thinking I needed to be so strict with myself just to get back to feeling okay again.     Wanting to lose weight is normal. It's what you've been told you need to do to achieve health, to be loved, and to be accepted, maybe for your whole life. But if you're willing to take a leap, and try something new, you'll learn how you can put your desire for weight loss on the back burner and accept your body as it is here and now. This will help you to start feeling more at peace with food so you can move forward in your food freedom journey!

  • Will this completely heal my relationship with food and my body?

    Your body image healing & food freedom journey is one that takes a lot more learning and healing than can be done in 7 weeks! That being said, this program is designed to help you build a foundation, have some AMAZING wins, and feel more confident in this process so you can move forward and continue your healing journey. After working through this program, you will feel more comfortable with intuitive eating and be more accepting of your body. It will set the stage for the deeper work that you will need to continue to do.
